Overview

This is a development template. Have it reviewed and localized by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it or launch commercially.

AI RPG Games ("we") collects the minimum data needed to run an AI RPG service: account email, display name, the stories and game sessions you create, and payment events handled by our payment processor Creem.

AI-generated content

Scenes are generated by a third-party large language model provider. Your prompts, choices and custom premises are sent to that provider to generate narrative. Do not enter sensitive personal data into story prompts. Generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it.

Guests

You can play free guest scenes without an account. A random guest identifier is stored in your browser and, with your explicit choice, can be linked to an account you later create.

Cookies & sessions

We use an HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for a guest identifier and language preference. No advertising cookies are set by the core application.

Payments

Card details are processed by Creem and never touch our servers. We store payment records (package, amount, currency, status, provider reference) for reconciliation and support.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account and game data by contacting support. Deletion removes users, sessions, games and scenes; anonymized billing records may be retained where required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under the relevant digital age of consent in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to under-age users may be removed.
